When you create a keyword list you can set a tag for each group of keywords. For example: the keywords "Cat", Cat toys" and "Cat food" with the tag "Cat" will create a new adgroup called "Cat" when saving it to your campaign.
Select the campaign(s) in the box named ‘to campaigns’. Mind you, that this operation doesn’t

When you generate over 10k keywords in 1 list it's almost impossible to handle it .
The way you can handle this kind of scenario is to focus in a smaller list of keywords by using the filter in the Keyword Tool.
You can view keywords according to their status (approved, rejected, etc.), campaign, tag,
frequent words (common words/phrases occurring in the keyword) and more.
You can use the Frequent filter so you can work on a smaller list. For example: you want to group together all the keywords with the word "Car" in the same adgroup etc.

The Combination++ pipe is one of the common pipe you'll probably find yourself use. Let's say you take the keyword "Nike Shoes" and you want to create the keyword "Buy Nike shoes in Alabama".
The way to do that is this:
1. Add the keyword "Nike shoes in" to your stream.
2. Mark it (Make it yellow) and click the 'Generate' button.
3. Check the Combination++ pipe and click the 'Parameters".
4. Add to the left square the words you want to add before the keyword "Nike shoes in" and to the right square the words you want to appear after the keyword "Nike shoes in".
You can save the keywords to your campaigns they are assigned to by clicking the "Save to Campaign" button. A layout with saving option will appear.
Save Options:

"att:tag"- The keyword will be saved to your campaign with the tag you named it. If a tag name doesn't exist in your campaign as an adgroup, it will create a new adgroup with the tag's name. If the tag exist in your campaign then it will save the keyword in the relevant adgroup.
"att:source"- assigns keywords to their source. It creats an adgroup with the source's name and assign the keywords to it. For example: if you generated a keyword from a specific site then the source name will be that site's name.
Types- Here you check whatever match you want the keyword to get: broad, phrase and exact.
Ads- Here you can choose an ad or ads you want to assign to the new adgroup you create. You will see your profile's default ads and some of your competitors ads.
you can choose the ads by checking the "V" sign. If you don't want an ad you just need to uncheck it. You can also edit the ad you'd like to assign by clicking the "Edit" button next to the "V".
The last step is to click the "Go" button and it will save it to your campaign.
